Internal audit services :

We carry out professional activities in the field of Legislative Decree 262/05 and Legislative Decree 231/01 with the aim of assisting our clients in the study, implementation and, if necessary, management of the models, procedures and controls required by these decrees.

In compliance with the legislation governing the system of internal control and the prevention of risks, including, above all, the risks of commission of offences, we believe that these regulations concretely offer our clients the opportunity to critically analyse the risks to which they are exposed, their organisational structure, and their operational, administrative and control processes. We also believe that such activities can effectively contribute to improving internal control systems and developing specific risk management skills.

In the area of risk advisory and compliance:

• we assist companies in drafting/updating the Organisational Models required by the Decree [NON E’ STATO DEFINITO NEL TESTO] as well as in carrying out audits in support of the activity of the Supervisory Bodies appointed pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01;
• we support our clients’ Internal Audit department in compliance audits. Where the company has no Internal Audit department, we provide support and methodologies for the partial or total outsourcing of the relevant functions.
